I shopped around and got my brand new Savage GCNS Model 11 7mm-08 Wood Stock Bolt-Action for around $600.00,priced the Light Weight Hunter for a little over $600.00 this year....then You have the price of rings and a good scope!

Keep checking around and hopefully You'll find one at a resonable price...or as most stated save up and get what You want or You'll always wish You had that 1 certain Rifle!

Default Browning 280

I have a Browning A-Bolt II Hunter in a 280 cal. and I love it. Great deer hunting rifle minus all that shoulder punch. shells are reasonably priced as well.
