I came across a great deal that I could not pass on and ended up with a custom build 7mm STW. It is on a Hogue stock with a Remington 700 action with a fluted heavy barrel and a muzzle break.

I shot it a few times and I think I found my new favorite caliber and gun. This thing is awesome! Trying some Barnes TTSX and will be hunting whitetail, mule deer and elk possibly with it.

Anyone familiar with this caliber have any suggestions and performance expirience? It is topped with a Nikon Monarch BDC 5 - 20 X 44 scope.

I have 3 7STW rifles a Remington Sendero and 2 Sako customs a 75 ss and a 995 or TRG-S all shoot well but the TRG-S shoots the best it likes the TSX-140 chad
