Is it alright to shoot Hevi-Shot T's through my Mossberg 535 factory full choke? The pattern with my modified wasn't much better than lead. I didn't try the full though because I didn't want to mess anything up. Thanks!

Mossberg used to advertise the use of alternate shot through their choke tubes.I sent them an e-mail and they confirmed hard shot could be used in my 500.Yours should be the same.

Thanks. I have a buddy that bought some 3 and 3.5's to try, and the big boys didn't pattern well enough for him to justify the bruised shoulder. I'd like to use them, but they didn't shoot well in my mod. I'll try in the full now and see how they do.
