So I have a AR-15 with a 20 inch Heavy Barrel, and a smooth fore end. I want to put a bipod on it but I have no place to put it. The fore end is smooth all round. So my question is how do I drill a hall for a sling stud while keeping it straight. Could a gunsmith do this? Thanks for you help guys.
