Default Gun Cleaning/Storage

So for Christmas, I am deciding to make/buy something for my parents and grandma. What I plan on doing is making a single gun display (enclosed with glass) that has pictures of my Grandpa alongside his Winchester 30-30, as well as an 8 pointer mount from 84. He passed away about 20 years ago, and the gun is just sitting under a bed.

The gun has a little bit of rust and could use some touching up. Are there places I can bring the gun to get cleaned and tuned up?

Any info would help. Thanks!
