Default 7-30 waters?

Has anyone ever seen one (in recent years)? I' m very turned on by the balistics of the round, and I' m a levergun nut, I' d really like to get my hands on one, but I' m not so hard up for one that I' d care to order in for one, so I started looking around, it' s been two years and I' ve never seen one in any of nearly 100 shops.

Good question. I was wondering about this the other night. Well about the round. I don' t know much about it but keep seeing barrels for it for the Encore. Guess I need to look up some info huh?

If all else fails you could probably have a MArlin 30-30 Win rebarreled for 7-30. Honestly I would think its more trouble than its worth. I' m not all that impressed by the 7-30 though anything is an improvement over the 30-30.

I just saw one at the gun show last week. If you go to Marlins website, there is a levergun forum. There are several folks on the forum who are very familiar with this round.
