Default Pricing help needed

I am looking at selling a gun of mine but have no idea where to start as an asking price.

The gun is a New England .223, it has a haris long bipod, swing studs, and ammo sleeve.

On top of the gun sits a Leupold VX3 4.5-14x40AO scope. The scope and gun are like brand new shape with very little usage. The scope also has flip up caps.

Any ideas as to what this combo is worth?? Thanks

The scope is worth more than the gun....

You may even be better off selling them separate

I agree, the scope is worth much more than the gun.

If you take that gun to a gun shop your looking at about $200-250. Your scope is worth more than what they'll give ya for it. Beings you have a lifetime guarantee on the scope i'd sell that individual for atleast $300 and sell the rest for what you get for it. Might as well keep it and put it in the closet or use it for a trade rifle. I'd say hang on to the rifle and buy you a good rifle to put that scope on.

Definitely, remove the scope and sell it separately.

Go to some of the auction sites and see what the gun is selling for. But I agree, the scope is worth more than the rifle.
