Meat damage will be about the same for all three. I shoot a .270 because it shoots a little flatter than the 30-06. My only concern about the 25-06 is ammo availability. Just about anywhere you go you can get .270 and 30-06 ammo. If they don't carry it at my local Wal-Mart, I am less likely to buy a gun that shoots it.

Of those 3 choices the 270 hands down is the best round for deer sized animals. IMO

Shoot a 270 rem 700. I love it. VX-III scope

130gr Hornady SP just floors them. Shot this one at about 150yrds this year.

I'd pick either the .270 or the 30-06 as it's just super easy to find ammo for. Even little small town shops that just sell a few boxes of ammo often have a box of 30-06 or .270 ammo. If I wanted something smaller than one of those I'd go for a .243. The ammo is the main reason I'd chose on of those but you don't seem to be concerned since you said you will reload.

I called around checking prices, both are around 900,I'm really considering the CDL-SF in a 30-06

The MOST meat damage would be from a 25-06 if it is shot within about 150 yards. That bullet is really moving, and the bullet tends to expand very quickly. If you go with this caliber, a bonded bullet in 117 to 120 gr may help save some meat.
