savage stevens ?
I have a stevens 325 30/30 rifle and it is a sweet shooting little brush gun. My question is would the bolt from a savage 340 work in this gun. I am not having any problems but just like the look of the knob on the end of the bolt handle. If anybody knows this or where I could find one I would appreciate any help.

I really don't know the answer to your original question, but even if it would fit, you need to have the headspace checked by a competent gunsmith. You could be inviting serious disaster if you don't. This is one of the reasons why the serial number of the gun is engraved on the bolt body, so it is referenced to the barreled action. Please have it checked....
