How many of you all have used this muzzleloader??? whats some of the pros and cons about it?

I ordered one in for a freind of mine a couple of weeks ago, after scopeing it thenbore sighting, it was time to test it out, IMPRESSIVE, to say the least, at 100yds it holds a 1 1/4 group useing 150gr Pyrodex pellets, 295gr PowerBelt and those new Remington clean primers. I would put it up against any T/C out there for accuracy, fit and finish is very good also, he got the all camo version at a third of the cost of what a T/C in the same model type would be. I would say, if you want one, go ahead and get it, you wont be dissapointed!.

150 grains pellets and a 295 powerbelt is a horribly load if the deer is closer than 100 yards. Powerbelt recommends mag charges to be used only when you know you will have to shoot Atleast 140 yards.

Also, I shot these out of a tc omega @ 100 yards with 75 grains Pyrodex P, 295 grain Aerotip Powerbelt, Winchester 777 primers.

My buddy bought that gun last year and that thing is a great shooting gun,he is shooting 100gr of T7 pellets and a 295 powerbelt.Lot's of people are going to tell you to save your money and get a TC but the Kodiak is a great gun and will shoot with the best of them.Go get one you will be glad you did.(not saying TC doesn't make a great gun but in my opinion the Kodiak and the Optima Pro are great guns aswell.)

Nice shooting muzzleloader. I shoot 100gr of 777, 250gr Hornady SST's, and Winchester 777 primers. All holes touching at 100 yards.

My Omega shoots 8-9" high @ 50 yards and TC can't even help me out with sights that will correct this! My rear sight is adjusted all the way down!

Lucky i will be able to use a scope this year for hunting during rifle season. In colorado we are allowed to use only open sights during muzzle loading season.

Got to spend the $50 for new sights for next years muzzle loader hunt

my buddie bought one and all i shoot is knight i was telling him it was junk well it proved meWRONG itimpressed meenough into thinking about buying me one.

I love mine. Don't do any hunting with it yet, but that will change. Well worth it.
