Default Ladies/Youth Sport Shotgun Help!!

I' m looking for a semi-automatic 20 gauge ladies/youth sport model shotgun that shoots 2 3/4" and 3" shells (i.e., capable of both) and, hopefully, has a synthetic (i.e. camo) stock/forepiece for my wife for both turkey hunting and trap/clays. I just can' t seem to find a manufacturer that sells one. Does anybody know of such a gun??? Remington' s newest 3" 20 gauge youth turkey gun is not 2 3/4" compatible, and I' m too cheap to buy her two guns!!

Snowdog,

Are you SURE that the Remington doesn' t accept 2 3/4" shells?!?!?!!? THAT seems ridiculous! Is it only 3" compatible?

I looked on the Rem website and it did not say anything about not accepting 2 3/4" shells. You might want to email them and ask. They might have the 3" magnum just to let you know it will shoot 3" , just a thought.

I don' t know how well some autos would feed with the shorter rounds? I don' t shoot autos myself, probably never will again and never did a 20ga, always 12ga 3" er' s, but a buddy of mine shoots a winney if I recall correctly, and it doesn' t feed 2.75" rounds at all basically. I' ve heard of similar problems with .410 autos, trying to feed 2.5" er' s in 2.75" chambered arms. Something to consider?
