I was hunting with a buddy of mine and he used a ( browning )BPS 10 Ga., Mossy Oak® Duck Blind™

It's a STRONG gun. Bottom loading and ejecting is also nice when hunting with others in a blind because the hull wont hit others. You might wanna try bennelli or remington too ... they have very nice bird guns

If it is ducks and geese you are after go for the Remington SP-10 Magnum 10 guage semi-auto shotgun with a 3 1/2 inch chamber. It weighs 11 pounds but it is the most solidly built gun you can find, very reliable under all conditions, and even with heavy goose and turkey loads has less felt recoil than a 12 guage using magnum loads.

You'll never go wrong with the Rem 870 pump and for a few bucks more the Browning BPS. 2 of the most reliable 12 g. pumps ever made.
