IF you want cartridges, get yourself a copy of Cartridges of the World. Even that volume has quite a few designsmissing-you just CAN'T list them all, particularly if you include experimental designs!

5.45,11,12,12.7,20,25,30,40,60,90,105,125,155,175m m
3,5,6,8,12,16,20,24 inch
Did you hit the .366
Muzzle loaders 54,58,62,64,68,72,75,76,78,82,84.
Pretty sure I missed a few metrics that don't swap to decimals directly or commonly
