hi , what do you think about the new remington model 673 in .350 rem. mag. ???

i was thinking if making it my next purchase as i have a love of the .35 calibre , i' ve allready got a .35 whelen , and a .35 remington. and was looking to add to my battery. any extra info is appreciated

P.S. i can look beyond the vent rib on the barrel , i actually read in shooting times that it helps cool the barrel

I would buy one in a heart beat if i didn' t already have a 350 remington magnum.Mine is in the 700 classic.

When I first saw this gun, I not only laughed, but quickly realized that the 673 was a runner-up along side the Model 710 Remington for the ugliest gun title! Just what is those Remington genius' thinking of nowadays? Or are they? I bet the latter.

If I was hunting along a trail and saw another hunter walking towards me in the opposite direction, I would quickly toss that gun into the woods and tell the guy/gay that I' m hiking! That' s how embarassed I would be to hunt with that gun design!

i too love the 35cal' s.
but i am gonna wait to see what happens with this rifle and round.

Ballistically, it won' t do anything you can' t do with the .35 Whelen!!
