I have a bushmaster ar15 that shoots .223 rounds I have extras for it. Leopold scope, swat flashlight onend and red laser.I got it from a friend who owed me money and now hes passed away and I want to get rid of the gun since I have no use for it anymore.I m asking 1200 or best offer its a steal at that price.

What state r u located in? I got this gun from a friend who owed me 1500 he passed away and now I m in possesion of the gun. I talked to his parents and they couldnt find any registration for the gun. I did find in the stock of the gun a reciept from where the gun was purchased from but the gun shop is closed now. I really dont have any use for the gun and I m not even sure if I will be able to get rid of it without registration. Where are you located?

There is no registration form for guns,other than the form filled out at at FFL purchase,and the buyer does not get a copy of that. It is kept by the dealer for "trace " use only.
