I'm pretty partial to the Hi Powers as well, wish I would have never sold mine.

I was just thinking today how I wish browning would come back out with the A-5, made in belgium, and remington would quit putting those stupids safties that take the key to unlock. Old guns are way better!!! I always look at the used rack

it just didn't have any soul, just another piece of iron that went bang-(even he really liked the Hi-Power better).

My sentiments exactly! Only a gun made from steel and good wood can have a soul. Especially ones like that Hi-Power, and old Mannlicher /Schoenauer, ....even a crappy Moisin-Nagant from the Russo-Japanese War, WWI or the Battle of Stalingrad can have soul!
