RE: Scope and Mount Suggestions
statjunk, the 3200is click adjustments not friction(well at least all the ones I have owned and played with). Nikon as well uses click adjustments on the pro-staff, buckmaster, monarch, etc. Used to be the Vari X I was friction but I am sureI remember theychangedto clickwhen it went from vari x to vx branding. The Leupold Rifleman is friction.
Not suprisedto hearyourimpressions with Leupold, a number of long time gold ring fans feel the same way. At present I'd be hard pressed tobuy any newoptic from leupold, wasn't that many years ago they were the standard for which I would judge others[:o]. It's not that make a bad product, its just the competition has got better while leupold has stood still...to bad really. Good luck |

RE: Scope and Mount Suggestions
Well this is what I ended up going with. I'm doing the Tasco roulette. I've actually had a tasco that was built years ago that I bought directly right form the factory. Never had a problem with it.
I'm giving them another shot. http://www.tasco.com/single.cfm?s=Riflescopes&family=World%20Class& amp;product=ba1545x32 Thanks for all the tips. Tom |
