IN sizing up these rifles I can see the bolt handle because of it's height being an issue. THOSE that own them what type of rings do you use and type of scope that gives good bolt handle clearance. Thanks

I have a CZ 527 and it came with scope mounts. Im pretty sure all CZ rifles come with scope mounts.

That would be a scope to use on one and I was concerned since it has a large ocular..they look great on your rifle BTW

I also use the CZ rings on my 550. Most who use different rings seem to prefer Talley, although I have heard of a few using B-Square for lower height rings. My 4.5-14x44 fis very well in the supplied rings.

Not all 550's come with rings, as I have a new safari 416 Rigby sitting here waiting to be scoped. I am needing a set of 30mm's and think I am going to go for some Warnes.

I have a CZ 550 American,.30-06.I used the CZ rings that came with the gun and mounted a VX III,3.5 X 10 X 40.Everything worked great...Bob
