Since I love .284s I would almost be willing to cut a finger off to get it but christmas is coming so it's other's turns right now.

I phoned them. They are proud of it as thier price is $899
The last 2 steel receiver BLR 81's that my local GM had were under $400 and both looked like new, one was in 223 (it's in my safe now $329 ) the otherwas $349 not sure of the caliber

I would LOVE one in 222. It probably is a regional thing... my local GM shows me the book and that is the asking price. They will pay 70% of that price on a trade in.
Here we have little use for centerfires as we are a shotgun only state for deer.
