RE: Charles Daly Shotguns
Define "Good"? I know people that have them and are happy with them, and I know others that really regret spending the money on one.
Are they OK for the money? Probably. Are they as good as a semi auto that cost a bit more to twice the money? I would say not a chance.
My personal opinion is if you were limited to funds ( and I know how that is) and that is all you can afford I would look at getting a quality pump instead or a used auto of a more reputable company. I managed to pick up a used A-5 in great shape for 450 dollars last year. You can't even begin to compare a CD to a Browning A-5.
I will add I have never owned one of these guns or even shot one for that matter. I have only talked to others that have. So take my opinions for what they are worth, which is little to be honest.
Knowing what I know now if I had 400 dollars or so to spend on a shotgun right now I would come home with a browning BPS pump gun.
Good luck,
Paul
