I am a huge fan of the Hornady Light Magnum line of ammunition. I have used the 7mm-08 for several years now. I wonder why Hornady has not added the Winchester short magnums to their line. Seems like it would be a good match.

I was talking to a guy at the local gun shop a little while back about the T/C ProHunter in 270 wsm. He told me that T/C doesn't offer it in wsm because the pressure is to great for the break action. Hornady probably doesn't offer the Light Magnums because of of demand and also because the pressures of a regular wsm load added to there Light Magnum powder combinations would blow some guns apart. Just my theory.
