thanks for the info, I think Ill stick with 150 grains. I brought some of the 220 {RN}grians and was wondering if anyone knew anything about them.
I was told bt the gun shop they were very close to the 150 grain (BT) out to about 200 yds but changes from there on out.

If you think you need a heavier than 180 grain bullet then step up to a .338.
A regularly constructed 220 grain bullet isn't going to do anything more or betterthan a 180 grian bullet of better construction (barnes, TBBC, A-frame, Nosler partition, etc...).
