So are you willing to bet say your little first gun there that 308 PSS against say 500 dollars, that one it has to reach over 2800fps as you said it would, and two, you can pull off .5MOA 2 times out of three (three shot groups)?
What do you think are in the pictures?

Are you unable to read and blind also?
It will be like taking candy from a baby for ya.

See, it will be a clean 500 dollars in your pocket then. Nothing to worry about on your end. My two chronos, my 500 dollars, my laser range finder, lets see you do it in that 308 you got.

I will be in Durange in Sept, and go to denver regularly. Also Cheyenne.

Don't bescared.

Are you stupid? The pictures. That's what they are.

2740 fps, under 1 MOA.

You're wrong just admit it and stop acting juvenile.

Seriously, I do have a safe load that will propell a 180 gr. Speer Grand Slam at 2760 out of my 24" Shilen .308 barrel.

No you don't that is impossible!! Oh wait it's becaues you have a Shilen barrel! NO way could your velocity even approach 2800 in a factory barrel! Even if it did there is no way in hell it could be capable of hunting accuracy!

[/bigcountry]
Coming from Roskoe, I bet he could do it. You said, above 2800. You know why? Cause he has experience and credibility.

Pictures, I got tons of pictures of one hole groups. Any fool can post pictures. Bottom line here, is you have no credibility, I don't believe one word out of your mouth. So here's your chance big man, shut me up. Take my 500 dollars. Don't be scared. Meet me in Co. Show me how it done boy.

I'm fairly confident I could make 2800 fps with a 180 grain bullet, in the .308 Winchester. You would, however, have to beat the bolt open with a large mallet

Seriously, I do have a safe load that will propell a 180 gr. Speer Grand Slam at 2760 out of my 24" Shilen .308 barrel. I use WW748 and Winchester Brass.
Hey roskoe, all fun aside from the little boy, got a question, you might know. I never have got great accuracy from grand slams, but I can achieve some monster velocity with them. I took them on a moose hunt a few years back. Didn't get to use them, but out of a 300RUM, I could get 3400fps with 180gr grand slam, no pressure signs, krieger barrel 26", 95gr of H1000. You ever notice that? I since then moved to Accubonds.

Uh huh. You're the master all right. I can quote you in at least two seperate threads claiming that no high energy load is capable of 'hunting accuracy'. I blow your idiotic statements up and now you need to puff out your chest and act tough. Huh how mature.

This is what you look like right now

Yeah I'm sure that would be worth it. I'll consider if you rent me a dog sled and team.
