RE: Scope rings for Sako help!
There are several manufacturers that make rings for you Sako - Leupold and Warne, for example. If you can't find them locally, you can order them. Brownells has them for sure, and I would be surprised if Midway USA didn't have them.

RE: Scope rings for Sako help!
I guess the biggest question is what rings will work? My local gunshop didn't think the optilock would work. The front mount is 19mm but the back one looks like 13mm or there about. Can anyone with knowledge of the older Sakos please help? It is the L46 Riihimaki .222rem I would totally appreciate it if someone could help me get my feet up on this one. I have found lots of rings onlinebut want to make sure they work. Thanks a bunch

I don't have any first-hand information for you, but I would be willing to bet that the folks at Brownells can answer your question. Call their 800-number (1-800-741-0015) and simply tell them your problem. The folks I have talked to really know their stuff and have always been able to help.
