Go with 180 grains. in 30-06.

My season doesn't start until mid November, but it last till the end of Janurary, with a two deer a day limit. So with a little luck my freezer will be full. For those of us who reload versitility isn't hard to come by, but for those who don't the 30-06 is the winner everytime:)
