Good info Stubble,

My experience was with 270 130gr the jacket had separated and I did not get pass-through. Others have told me the same thing happened to them. Larger weights/calibers might work fine.I know the bullet is accurate.

Thanks for the replies my friend recommended ballistic tips but I think I'm goin to get a box of each and try 1-Federal ballastic tip 2-Federal nosler partition and 3-fusion and see what my gun likes best.

Try the Rem core lock ammo too. I have gained a new respect for it lately(again). I have a 7mmSAUM that all you can buy is Rem ammo, I have used on prong horn, hog, and paper. Bullet performs well on game, and the groups are -1" in a 700.

Oh yea, see if you can find something loaded in a x-bullet. I have a 30-378 that I shoot Weatherby Factory 180gr XBs in and I am very pleased.
