Ditto on the Buckmarks......I love mine. As far as rifles go, some of the OLDER Rems and Win. guns that you find on the used racks are super shooters. I have an old Model 69 Win. that is awesome. A little dinged here and there, and the barrel/action is starting to turn brown, but still impresses me with it's fine accuracy.

I really like the marlin's. I have a Kimber that cost twice as much (at Least) and the Marlin is every bit as accurate. In pistols I really like the Ruger Mark II. I would also like to add a vote for an oldie but a goodie, Winchester Model 69.

For cheap guns, MArlin, and Ruger are hard to beat. Mid priced, Ilike the CZ452 lux. For premium, I like the Coopers and the Kimbers. But the Big nac daddy is the Winchester model 52. No I don't have all of these.....YET!!
