Has anyone ever redone their gun collection in one year?

I wish I had the money to buy new guns on impulse. Paying for college has made me poor.[]

They go every year and spend days scouting before the season and still don't shoot anything. Anytime I hunt that state I may not see the biggest bulls but I always see at least a few elk every year. Maybe I will sell him a treasure map to my Honey Hole ...NOT

Oldelk I have seen a lot of those scouting trips AND hunting trips that were nothing more than a several day drunk...lmao. Not much hunting or scouting even happened...

The guy that bought it took it Elk hunting and went for a week and didn't see one stinking Elk.
Deer hunting it isn't, for sure; however, ditching the rifle won't solve the problem.
Not uncommon, what happened to your friend,
Hope he wasn't up there target practicing due to boredom.
Only 25-35% are successful.

IMHO, the battle is won 6 months, 6 weeks, 6 days, and 6 hours before sunrise the opening morning.

No EKM rumor has it that after the morning hunt he went back to the tent and finished the day off sleeping.Might have been a little too much exertion for the guy. It was a party of 12 and they have been going to the same spot 541 for years with very spotty success. I must be spoiled I haveseen Elk everytime I have hunted for them with one exception. Your right he didn't take it very seriously..his brother on the other hand did and he still didn't see any Elk. 1 Cow bagged for the entire party.

I go thru streaks, I did not own a revolver and then in one year I bought a S&W 610 then a Ruger Vaquero then 2 Super Redhawks, 454 and 480.
I am in the middle of a Ruger No.1 and Savage 99 streak
