My vote goes for the Browning BPS! Shoots some amazing patterns at a laser measured 40 yards.

I have a Mossberg with a hastings choke that throws an awesome turkey pattern. All the major manufacturers are good guns.

Pump action; my Mossberg 835. NWTF edition.
Semi auto; Benelli super black eagle.

Benelli SBE- worth every penny if you want a 3.5". Expensive?...That's ofcourse relative. I personaly use a Benelli M1 field 3" for ducks and a BPS 10 gauge 3 1/2 for geese and turkey. I had a browning Gold 3 1/2 and it was a beautiful gun- looks wise. It performed well in the upland world and trap, but jammed in ugly waterfowl weather, especially with the 3 1/2". Just my opinion through experience.
