Default can anyone help age my gun?

hello again, i need to correct myself on my previous post, it's a 572 not a 570. i need help with ageing the gun,

it's a pump .22 s,l,or lr. it's a felidmaster 572, the serial number is 1464xxx. it's a remington. thanks guys!

1st X= December 2nd set XX= 1951.In other words #1464-dec.-1951

i just put the x's so i didnt have to put the whole serial number on the net[8D]but that's the same area that we were guessing tho!

After the serial number are a set of letters and you can date the month and year by those numers.

It sounds like the letters and numbers you gave me are located on the left side of the barrel close to the action. The t you see is actually an inspection mark and the D=Sept. and the S=1925, the 10 is an assembly number. You can get Mfg. date on the Remington Society web site.
