Yes Limbsavers make worlds of difference, I have one on my gun and it makes it much more fun to shoot.

Great to here about the Limb savers, I just bought a Remington XCR in 375H&H and was a little worried that it might bite a bit in that light of a rifle, but I thought that the one on the rifle might tame it a bit. Not that I’m recoil shy just that I was going to try some distance work off of some bi-pods.

The reason I suggested a 7mm Rem. Mag. is because these days there are mecury tubes, soft recoil pads, and muzzlebrakes for people who have a problem with recoil. Good luck.
