a lot of scopes on ebay are cheap chinese copies, beware.
someones selling a fake super sniper scope they are claiming to be the prototype for the new variable objective models soon to be out.
turrets are wrong, its a 1" tube instead of a 30mm, and other various things are wrong with it.

I have purchased 8 to 10 scopes on eBay and have never ever had a problem. If the guy/gal has a 99.8 pos feedback and has sold hundreds of items and the scope is NIB.....hey NIB is NIB! I just bought a Zeiss 3X9X50 for 375 bucks......I say go for it! Regards, Rick.

I bought one used and one NIB and like them both. Again the high# sellars with good feedback are pretty good with products.I like using Paypal to cover the $ side of it. Now I wouldnt buy some off name scope you've never heard of butwith any name brand your fine. Most of the top scope manu's havea lifetime warranty anyway and you dont have to be the 1st owner to get it fixed, so if something breaks down the road you can usually just let the manufactorer handle it.

Ive bought at least 8 scopes off Ebay. Like everyone else said, check the guys feedback, I see alot of guys on there that apparently do not have actual stores, so they can sell at lower prices because of not having overhead. I have not had a bad experience yet by sticking to the feedback rating thing.

I have bought several their as well. Like said already, check for feedback ratings. Also look for other things before bidding. Things like shipping cost, and what forms of payment they accept. Some sellers only accept PayPal, others won't accept it at all and want a money order. Good luck

I bought a Burris Fullfield II 3x9x40 for 149.99 new and a Bushnell 3x10x40 3200 Elite for 169.00 new. I have no complaints. Some of the guys are selling the Burris scopes cheaper because they are splitting up the free spottting scope or free binculars it came with and selling themseperately. It is still a good deal though. Ibought both fromtandtfox
