Um, maybe if the wall fell on it?
The only barrels I have seen bent were ones that were left on the back of trucks and dropped on the highway to have cars come by and run over them.

Not directly on topic, but FYI only: I once stumbled and bent the barrel on my M70 7 mag. I thought it was ruined, but took it to a 'smith (Kings in Burbank CA) just for the heck of it. For $50 he straightened it.
The next trip to the range I first shot 5/8" @ 100 yds. The second group "opened up" to 3/4"! I told Kings I should bend all my barrels and send them to them!

OK - Here's how you check for straightness. I don't think it should have been bent from what you describe, but........
You put your sight on center of a large paper target and shoot 5 rounds and see where actual point of impact is. Then, turning upside down and shooting thru your legs, again put your sight on center of a new large paper target and shoot another 5 rounds. If the POI changes 180-degrees - it's bent.
