RE: accuracy of centerfire rifles.....be honest now
 

A fellow at the range let me shoot a 3-shot group with each of his 3 custom rifles (2-270wsms and a 7 stw) they sure was pretty but I shot about the same size groups that I had been shooting with the factory rifles that I had with me that day.I think his custom rifles would do it more consistantly than mine would though.
The stw shot the best of the three shot a 1/2 inch with it.Watched him shoot several more groups with them and his groups were about the same as mine.
Would love to have some custom rifles but I can only shoot to 300 yds so can't justify the cost yet.And if I was 20 or 30 years younger I would allready have at least one custom,think thats called hindsight though.
