ill have to try the .22 hornet. your talking about the lr right? ive heard alot of talk about them but never shot one.

I believe he is talking about the centerfire .22 hornet. Not a Long Rifle cartridge if that is what you are refering to. There is no .22 rimfire LR round that will equal a .22 mag or 17 hmr.

No two different rounds. the Hornet is the smallest centerfire available. check it out. I bought one in NEF for around 200 bucks. But CZ and Ruger make some nice bolt actions in this caliber but are not cheap.
