Hahaha I thought so....... But seriously, .300 or .338 would be my best bet, any one of your choices in those sizes.

He already has a 30-06. IMHO His next step up should be a 338-Win mag, 338-R.U.M. or 340-Weatherby.
The 375-R.U.M. or 375-H&H arenot for everyone. I have a 375-R.U.M. I love this rifle. I am going to huntantelope,deer & elkwithmy 375this year.
He can still use this rifle in PA for deer season. Unless you have amaximum caliber restrictionin PA?
