Its illigal in the Dakotas to use feeders for hunting.

I wouldn't mind if they did away with feeders, baiting, salt and all. I see kids these days not wanting to hunt. but instead throw out corn and sit over it. its a very disturbing trend.

By the way you should do some back ground on where your deer came from in TX. I bet you would never know :}
Where the deer came from? I think you are alluding to that fact that on many high fenced ranches import deer from other parts of the country. I do not hunt a high fenced ranch so I woulndt know.

WOW taken out of context, You know exactly what i mean!
I took nothing out of context. I said you have a lot of growing up to do. That means you need to mature. You said and I quote,

Growing up isnt gonna change nothing
To which I replied, I'm sure it won't!

I still stand by my thoughts on that.

The towns are having a HUGE problem with deer.People here in helena are feeding the deer in there yards. So now the deer NEVER even leave town.

I went to TX on a fishing trip.I thought it was very bad the way the feeders are set up. There was over 20 deer standing at the feeder.Wen I talked to the fisherman they stated YEP we just walk out the door and shoot them when opening day comes. That to me is bad very bad. This was by brownsvile. They had groups of feeders set up becouse one feeder was not enough for the deer that where coming in.

I just ask how is this hunting?

You are entitled to your own oppinion, if you dont like the way we hunt, then you do not have to hunt that way. I honestly do not care about what you think, theres no reason for you give me $hit for how i hunt and by the ways thats how alot of people round here hunt.

No that is not what I am saying. I am saying you are acting like an immature child. Is that plain enough for you. It has nothing to do with hunting over a feeder. I already stated I would not open that can of worms. You need to drop this, our deer are bigger than yours routine. That is what I meant.

And if you do not want a reply, don't ask a question. It really is that simple. Quit opening the thread. You are the one that needs to drop it, if it bothers you so much. Resist the temptation to click on the reply button.

I am now done with this thread.

TX made a trade with KS for a big bunch of there deer.KS gave deer TX gave turkeys.TX was smart they stated in there end they had to get so many trophy bucks. This gave TX a huge jump on what they call a pure TX deer.

This was done by the STATES not ranches.1 main reasion I know this is the traped the deer off a budys property just north on MANHATTAN KS.

Cool Beans, better for us if we got some big deer from Kansas. And if you consider that a bad thing, if am not mistaken I think Indiana and Illinois did the same thing during the early 1900's. I personally do not think it is a bad thing. I really do not know why all these people on this forum are all saying o thats not real hunting if you improved your deer herd and o that doesnt really count you fed that deer protien.

Since you think that is such a bad thing think about this, Texas has over 4 million deer or something, the largest herd in the nation. Now what do you think a few deer from Kansas is gonna do improve 4 million deer?

Ive gotta go
