Best tasting freshwater fish?
 

What do you all think the best tasting/eating freshwater fish is? I'm sure there are different choices based on your area but for me and mine I think white perch tops my list.

I like crappie the best but perch and walleye are a close second.

no question ; redbreast sun fish from the lower suwannee river,Fla. next is channel catfish from the suwannee.

It's a toss up between beer battered pickerel cheeks and butter fried speckies.

Fried catfish, no doubt. Although I'll be sick for days after eating it. <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>

Crappie without a doubt. Followed by bream and catfish
