Up here I have almost not luck at all right after a storm goes by. It normally takes a couple of days before the fish come around to biting again.. I think it may have something to do with all the changes in the air pressure from going into a low front and back into a high front? But during a rain storm fish appear to bite best. Now tropical storm is a different beast all together.. We normally do not get many of those..

agree with Phil on problems with the barometric pressue deal, high pressure are my worst days, and also like Phil mentioned not sure what effect the changes will have on the fish, i know a cold front will shut them down, but i will be anxiously awaiting what you find post tropical storm low pressure/changes...
also, an wise old fisherman told me that if sticks that are floating in the water are "standing-up" might as well be at home, have generally been pretty accurate

I found lots of fish...on the fish finder ..in 18 feet...I tried drifting, cranking DDivers , rattle traps and hitting the shoreline with Horny Toads..no takers
