Default boat or utility trailer for cheap??

Greetings all

Any suggestions on where I could find a boat or utility trailer for cheap?? doesn't have to be new.

I bought a two-man potoon raft for floating the local rivers but am going to need something to haul it around on.

Thanks

look at craigslist and such at suburbs around cities,
alot of times people will have old boats not worth much and just looking to dump them,
if you can dump the boat, can usually use the trailer it comes with,

I built one..all you need is a frame with the axle..I used a 2 inch water pipe for the tongue...bought a light kit at Walmart..Built a floor...glued some indoor out door carpet on it...done deal { -;

Keep them bearings packed..

to build your own, places like tractor supply stores have lots of parts, like axels and such,
or places like harbor freight will have cheap kits.

If he buys parts it will cost him an arm and a leg..if he can get a basic trailor for about 40.00 that will save him alot of bucks..

thanks for the input fellas. I'm also buying one of those pelican boats (the little composite made...for small lakes and such). Guy has one for sale in the DC area and only wants $125.00....normally they go for about 5-600. It's got what looks to be about a 6 inch hairline crack (that's why so cheap) in the back of one of the pontoons....I should be able to patch it though.....maybe a new thread about that once I look at it.

thanks again

I'm getting ready to replace the axle on my bassboat since its only rated at 2,000 lbs, and your more than welcome to it if you want to build a trailer.
