if by pinching off you mean cutting the parts that are attached to eachother by a little strand of rubber... then yes i messed with it in my neighbors pool so i could really see it and it gives it alot mre action

On my jigs I like a black and blue trailer any brand. I don't use a trailer for my spinnerbaits.
