Recipe for carp:

Clean fish, wrap in aluminum, and lay on two-by-four. Bake at 375 for thirty minutes. Remove. Throw away carp, eat two-by-four.

I'll eat any fish filleted and smoked.......but I'd have a hard time eating an American Shad, They are fun to catch, but man do they reek! <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle> I don't even net them......you won't get the smell out for about 30yrs.
A sucker would be a close second.

i have eating pretty much every dirty fish and love em all!! carp, catfish, eels, mudfish, dogfish!!! i just love fish!!! gotta try everything just once
