Could be that your fish have just spawned outand are worn down. Where mine are just fattening up and heading to the beds. The water temp. on the main lake is 62-64 degrees. And its 65-68 degrees in the creeks. For the first time yesterday I noticed alot of bass up in the shallows making beds. And a few that looked like they were already on beds. That is unusual in April. Its usually the first few weeks of May.

Ours is weird down here. Different lakes are reporting different things..Some lakes I'm seeing crators everywhere with bass on them..and some others are totally quiet. I think May will be the hot month as far as hooking into some serious bass. You are right about our bass being worn out...they don't appear as healthy. Our lakes have a lot of pressure.
