What is this, and how do I rig and fish it?

OMC shifter box. as long as its a dual cable (gear, throttle), i can make it work. A guy in town has one, but he wants $100 for a 30 year old shifter box, and I just cant swing that right now. Trim switch on the handle isnt necesary, i have a pro trim on my steering wheel.

Rigging that bait weightless as described is one of my absolute favorites. And they do hold on real good, a lot of times you wont feel them hit, you just feel that they have it.

What the others said except I tie a small swivel on and then tie the bait onto the swivel with 8-12 inches of line. The fluke type baits are BAD about causing line twist in your reels. The swivel eliminates that, esp. with a spinning reel.

The only thing I have been able to come up with is one for an old mercury so far but, will keep checking between my work and fishing, dog training etc.
