Careful grizz with the 10 pound mono. That would be the bare minimum I would use for a bait caster. 12 is better and 14 to 17 is also good weight line to get out there without backlashes. If I go with anything lighter I always use spinning reels.

I can laugh about it now..but after 2 diet pepsis and coffee the caffine was driving me nuts. [8D]That was yesterday and I'm already planning when I can fish this week after school is out. The cold front is gone and next week end should be picking up
