Is there any smelt dippers out there? this ranks up there watching that trophy buck working his scrape as your waiting for your shot.. smelting has been great up here the last 5 years and look forward to it next month. I'm already getting everything together for the first trip out.. last year i got 10 gallons in about a half hour. GREAT TIMES

Both fresh and salt water smelts, 2 quart limit so with the kids I canget a gallon and a half, 2 gallons if the wife goes with me.
