Default King Fishing

Can't wait! I'm leaving work early Friday afternoon to head up to Lake Ontario for some Kings for the weekend. They have been slamming them lately. Missed the peak last year... hope tomake it up this year!

It sounds like a good time to me. Salmon fishing is alot of fun and it sounds like you caught some nice ones. I have never caught a king
before but it sounds fun do they jump like the atlantics?

Kings should be coming off lake michigan into the creeks here in about a week. I love this time of year. Caught my first king from shore last year on Sept. 16th. Hit a glo green KO Wobbler off a pier at 1:30 in the morning. They dont normally jump, although the one i caught off the pier did jump once, they just fight like a beast.
