What do you fish for most of the time? I hadn't thought of putting a bead on a woolly bugger, that'll be my next. What are those patterns about and below the WB?

Alot "prettier" than mine ! I'm still trying to decide what materials to buy...lol, I'm such a wannabe

That is a HUGE mayfly spinner you got there Guss. I know Michigan has those monster mayflys. What are they called? Flavineas or something. I don't see too many caddis imitations (1 maybe). what is that brown ugly thing? a stonefly or a hopper imitation? (one up from the bottom right corner)

Soilarch and HB, the big fly below the wolly is a Hex spinner, as Hillbilly said they are hudge Mayflys. I think there scientific name is Hexaginia limbada, or somthing close. They hatch at around 12midnight and the fish go crazy for them. It is tied on a #4.

HB, that ugly thing is one of my Blue gill flies, works great.

Soilarch, the fly above the bugger is a Hornberg, if you do a search you should find a pattern. I tie it with a cone head for spring fishing. The bead on the bugger works great in rivers, and sometimes in lakes, but for lake fishing I like anunweighted fly with a sinking line. Looks more life like.
