How will the bass fishing being the next month or two up here in New England. Some people have told me the bass will get fairly active as the water cools right before it gets too cold. I have seen a drop in activity tho.
Thanks

in clear rocky water I would use a finess tube in medium debth and when it gets warm i would use a spinerbait. for pads i would use a worm, texas probally buy mabey finness if there not biting. a jig is alwalys good. rooster tails are alwalys good

I am getting ready for hunting season and have slowed up on the bass fishing. The bite is actually getting better right now. As the water cools the fish start to go more shallow and are really hitting crawfish type crank baits right now. They start to put on the feed to get ready for colder temps and all fall the bite is really good. Some big brown fish are hitting now on Champlain.
