Catfish for supper.

My wife and I went over to the Shyenne river today and caught seven nice catfish. I have been hungry as heck for catfish. Caught a few nice perch as well. Good eating tonight.

Ok, now you got me hungry. I haven't had catfish in ages.....a long time. The wife and I are due for a night out so maybe we should head cajun.

Heaven knows I have a hard enough time catching them.

I love to do the cajun catfish. I can't think of a way that I don't like them cooked.

If there's any finer fish for eating than catfish I certainly can't name one , I just had cafish for lunch the other day with spiced greens and fresh fruit for dessert . Yum , yum !
